Our Music Program

Please welcome our Director of Music, Guy Dobson!  Guy has been playing the piano since before he can remember. He began studying organ at the Irvington Presbyterian Church while in high school and started playing in church every Sunday morning while working on his Bachelor’s degree in piano at the Westchester Conservatory of Music. After serving several congregations in the New York metropolitan area he studied with Leonard Raver, the organist for the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. While studying with Dennis Keene and Jack Hennigan he earned a Master of Music degree in organ performance from the Manhattan School of Music. He also holds a Master of Science from Columbia University’s School of Library Service and is a librarian at Drew University. He lives in Ramsey with his wife (Kim), children (Conor and Andy), dog (Saga), cat (Beau), and occasional foster kittens.  

September through June rehearsals are on Tuesday Evenings at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday Morning from 9:30 – 10:15 a.m.
